1Are dogs allowed on board?
Unfortunately we only allow dogs on private charters.
2When do you operate the trips?
We operate all year round!
3Where can I park my car?
Parking is available at Bar Road Car Park, Tinners Walk, Falmouth (What3Words: coherent.apron.humid). Please note this is a cash-only car park.
4Can I book a place on a trip?
Yes! You can now book online!
5Do you take children?
We enjoy having children over two years old on our trips. Children are classed as 15 and under.
6When is your busiest time?
Without a doubt, school holidays are our busiest time, we advise you to book online to ensure that you have your place. Outside of these months there is not usually any difficulty in obtaining places on our rib.
7What time should I arrive for my trip?
If you have booked tickets we would ask that you arrive 15 minutes before the vessel is due to sail. The meeting point is at the RNLI Falmouth Lifeboat Station, Tinners Walk, Port Pendennis, Falmouth, TR11 3XZ (What3Words: nurse.shared.risks)
8Do you accept school trips?
We believe that our trips represent a stimulating and an exciting event in the lives of the children who come out with us. We will be happy to discuss your requirements over the telephone
9What facilities do you have on board?
We have refreshments, a licenced bar and toilet on board.
10Can we swim off the boat?
Depending on the weather, you are more than welcome to swim on the afternoon cruise or private charter. Please bring a towel, you must be a strong swimmer and be confident in the water, we do not offer floatation devices but you can bring your own.
