Key Landmarks

On your journey with Port Pendennis Boat Charters, you’ll pass by some of Cornwall’s most iconic landmarks, including the majestic Pendennis Castle and St. Mawes Castle, both built by Henry VIII to protect the coastline.

You’ll also see the picturesque St. Anthony’s Lighthouse guiding ships into the harbour, the grand Trelissick House nestled along the Fal River, and the peaceful Frenchman’s Creek, a spot made famous by Daphne du Maurier. The scenic route also takes you across the King Harry Ferry and up to the charming riverside village of Malpas.

Nina was very accommodating and let me change the booking last minute due to illness and i was so glad we went through with it. The boat is beautifully kept, we were served a welcome drink on arrival (and Nina adjusted it for pregnant lady & non drinker) and then explained all of layout, what we were going to do etc and really made our evening special! We bought our own food and Nina laid the table nicely for when we went back down for food, was such a lovely touch, whilst Marc told us about some of the cool facts around the river & took care of us on top deck! We had a fantastic trip across Falmouth Bay to the mouth of the Helford River where we anchored for a short while to enjoy coffee and cake.
